WHEN
AC is sometimes asked for interviews and to be featured in different magazines and media.

Once a month we have a check with the team to see if there are any magazine or online articles that ACD has been featured in recently that should be posted on our website and/or on our Instagram.
WHERE
Save all the articles on the server under Strategy > Marketing > Media > Published Media Archive.
If we have the actual magazine, scan the pages ACD are featured in (and the cover of the magazine) and create a folder.
If you only have the website, screenshot ( shift + command + 4 ) this page and save the files the same way as your scanned pictures in the folder.
After this make sure to publish this on the ACD website under Publications, click here to see how.
HOW
The first step in our approach is for us to get an idea of who it is, who's asking and what they are about, what kind of company is asking, what are they planning to do, check their history of previous work and making sure it's in line with ACD's values.
After this, ask AC what she thinks and to make a decision about if she wants to do it or not.
If No - Reply with a thank you and goodbye email.
If Yes - Reply with a thank you email ( fix/find email- template)
Submit the necessary details and materials.
Always ask for a draft before they publish it and proofread it.
Save all the related info in the folder under Marketing > Media > Name of Media_Title of article_Year
Once the article is published make sure to scan the magazine or screenshot the online article and upload to the website under the ‘Media’ category. Always work in the draft mode and get approval from AC before making the post live.
WHY

ACD promotion offers (Design websites, Influencer programs etc)
Receive an offer
Do some research, get additional info (who is the company, history of similar promotions, how it looks, is it in line with ACD's values?)
Give to AC to make a decision providing supporting info - is it worth it? Can share at the internal meeting

If Yes – send thank you for the offer email (email template)

If Yes – send thank you for the offer email (email template)

Competitions
Receive an offer for entry
Do some research, get additional info (who is the company, history of similar publications, how it looks, is it in line with ACD's values?)
Give to AC & Lauren to make a decision providing supporting info – at the internal meeting
If Not – goodbye, it’s not necessary to answer
If Yes:
Submit all the necessary materials (pay attention to the requirements re images, descriptions, etc)
Save all the related info in the folder under Marketing > Competitions > Name of Competition_Year
