WHO
Zane is in charge of recording testimonials since she keeps contact with most of the clients.
AC and Lauren are in charge of sorting the ones we want published on our website.
WHEN
We are always sending out a survey to our clients when the project is completely finished, all the defects as well.
HOW
The survey is just a few small questions and there is a questionnaire for this in Typeform that we are using.
Log in to Typeform.com (details in google sheet)
Go in to the questionnaire you want to share with the clients ( ACD Client satisfaction survey ).
On the top of the page go < Share and copy the link they provide for you.
Add the link to the email you're sending to the client.
You will get an email from Typeform once the questionnaire is answered.
Make sure to save the answers in the project folder under "survey answers". Once you have picked out the "good" testimonials save these in the marketing file under Testimonials, and label them after the project.
WHY
It’s good for us to know how the clients have experienced their time with us so we know what we could improve and what we are doing right. Also it's a great way to show future clients that have had a nice working experience with us.
