Make sure to write down all contact details and info about the enquiry.

  • Be enthusiastic and thank them for calling, make sure you have their name written down correctly.

  • Ask what their project is about

  • May I ask how you found us?

  • We have a standard procedure where we are sending out a short questionnaire with some basic questions about your project if you could please answer that and then we'll be in contact to discuss further to arrange for a meeting or phone call.

  • Can I please get your email to send it to you?

  • May I also collect your phone number.

  • Thank you for calling, we'll be in contact by email soon!

WHY


The ACD project process is as following

Every project start with a lead, an interest in our company and work. These are coming in to us through emails, calls friend referrals etc. The lead will become a project and can there be set in different stages. 

When we receive a new lead or opportunity do we have some Standard procedures that we go through to make sure we are the right fit for the client but also to make sure they are the right client for us.
