WHEN

ACD receives an offer to entry a competition or chooses to enter by ourselves. 

HOW

If ACD has been approached or seen that there's an opening for an award, we are doing some research to get the additional info like, what company is it, who's hosting the award, check history of similar publications, see what those look like and if they are in line with ACD's values.

If so,

Forward the trend to AC or Lauren to make a decision and to provide supporting info - at the internal meeting. 

If Not - there is nothing to save or archive and it's not necessary to answer back either. 

If Yes - 

Submitting all the necessary materials (pay attention to the requirements re images, descriptions etc)

Saving all the related info in the folder under Marketing > Competitions > Name of Competition_Year

WHY

We are entering competitions to spread our work and hopefully get noticed for it. It also improves our credibility tone shortlisted , nominated and to win awards.
